At Quickro, we are committed to delivering excellent service and ensuring customer satisfaction. Our refund policy is designed to be clear and fair, providing you with peace of mind while using our platform.

Refund Policy:

  1. Eligibility for Refunds:

    • Refunds are applicable in the following cases:
      • Order Cancellations: If you cancel your order within the free cancellation window (within 5 minutes of placing the order) and the delivery has not been initiated.
      • Service Issues: If the delivery was not completed due to issues on Quickro's side, such as system errors or driver unavailability.
      • Failed Delivery Attempts (due to Quickro): If the delivery failed because of driver errors (e.g., wrong delivery address entered by the driver), and the issue was not caused by incorrect details provided by the customer.
  2. Non-Refundable Situations:

    • Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
      • Late Cancellation: If you cancel the delivery after it has been picked up by the driver/rider.
      • Incorrect Address: If the delivery fails due to incorrect address or contact details provided by the customer.
      • Recipient Unavailability: If the recipient is unavailable or refuses to accept the parcel, and no fault lies with Quickro or the delivery driver.
  3. Partial Refunds:

    • In cases where only part of the service was completed (e.g., the delivery was picked up but could not be delivered due to unforeseen issues), you may be eligible for a partial refund, excluding the cost of services rendered up to that point.
  4. Refund Process:

    • To request a refund, contact Quickro customer support through the app or via email at support@quickro.com within 7 days of the delivery date.
    • Our team will review the case and determine the eligibility for a refund within 3-5 business days.
    • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  5. Refund for Payment Disputes:

    • In the case of a payment dispute (e.g., double charge or incorrect billing), please notify us immediately. We will investigate the matter and resolve it promptly, either by issuing a refund or correcting the billing issue.
  6. Force Majeure Events:

    • Refunds will not be provided for delays or cancellations caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond Quickro's control (e.g., natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, or political unrest).

How to Request a Refund:

  1. Open the Quickro app and navigate to the order in question.
  2. Select the "Request Refund" option and provide a brief explanation.
  3. Our customer service team will review your request and update you on the status.
