Cancelation Policy

At Quickro, we strive to provide a seamless and efficient delivery experience. However, we understand that sometimes plans change. Our cancellation policy ensures transparency and fairness for both users and delivery partners.

Cancellation Policy:

  1. Free Cancellation Period:

    • You can cancel your delivery request within 5 minutes of placing an order without incurring any charges.
    • After this period, a cancellation fee may apply, depending on the order status.
  2. Cancellation After Assignment:

    • If your delivery has been assigned to a driver/rider but the pickup has not yet occurred, a nominal cancellation fee will be charged to compensate the delivery partner’s time and effort.
  3. Cancellation After Pickup:

    • If the delivery has already been picked up by the driver/rider, the full delivery fee will be charged as the service has been initiated.
  4. Failed Delivery Attempts:

    • If the delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address details, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept the parcel, a re-delivery fee may be applicable.
    • In cases where the sender cancels after a failed attempt, the original delivery fee will still apply.
  5. Force Majeure:

    • In case of delays or cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather, natural disasters), we will notify you promptly and refund any charges where applicable.
  6. Refunds:

    • For eligible cancellations (before pickup or within the free cancellation period), the amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 1-2 business days.
    • Cancellation fees, where applicable, are non-refundable.

How to Cancel:

To cancel a delivery:

  • Open the Quickro app, navigate to your active order, and select the Cancel option.
  • Confirm the cancellation, and any applicable fees will be shown before finalizing.
